Malloy was declared dead at HCMC as a result of multiple blunt force injuries at 2:25 p.m. The 27-year-old suspect, Wesley Gubbin, turned himself in several hours after the accident.
He is in the Hennepin County Jail tonight but yesterday witness say he was speeding down the parkway here even passing cars and you can see how close the road is to the bike path and it was near this intersection that the cyclist hit. (Articles)
